i want to get 15000 to payoff some credit cards because the minimum payments is killing me and the debt is not coming down. does anyone know where i can get instant approval for this kind of loan or line? i need it for bad credit because my DTI is kind of high right now.
Short answer… can’t be done.
Long, but correct answer… Start a business (Inc or LLC), set-up a business banking account, and apply for credit under the business name.
You will need help with this, and it does take a little bit of time. Do an Internet search for companies that can help with this.

My husband and I have poor credit (mine worse than his) due to being financially irresponsible in the beginning of out marriage (about 6 years ago). Basically, we could not afford our lifestyle and used low limit credit cards as loans, got payday loans, etc. HORRIBLE financial mismanagement. Our next step is to pay off collection accounts (about $3000) between the 2 of us. I alone was using 90% of my available credit…now I am using 37% of available credit; and making on time payments. Will this help my score go up? I know this is a process…my credit score before paying these items was 550 — ouch! Thanks for any help!
Ask lenders for agreement to delete this items from your credit report when paying them. I recommend to get such agreement thru credit repair agency, for example this one – buildcredit.ifastnet.com

To add to the other answer, you can also try First Premier, H.S.B.C. and Capital One they are pretty good at giving cards to people with damaged or limited credit.
I’m looking for an UNsecured credit card. I don’t need a high limit, and I don’t care about the annual fee (as long as its not ridiculous) I know i’ll probably have a high interest rate.

I recently applied for a Walmart card but didn’t get instant approval like it said, does that mean Denial? It’s wierd cause I have good credit and a card through the same company that does the Walmart card…Maybe they have to check through my application throughly too.
It could be alot of different things. It could think you’ve applied for too many things. It could think you have enough credit to income right now and to extend more credit might be risky or they could be just reviewing the application. If it wasn’t an outright denial you’ll hear soon enough. It might even be something turned up on your credit report that you didn’t know about. It could be 101 things.
Do any banks offer current account facilites to UK customers who have really poor credit ratings. Just basic banking with out any credit, overdrafts or credit cards.
Go to Natwest, and ask for a step current account (don’t get a savings account as you need to keep a minimum balance of £50 to keep the account open).
You get a basic account, and solo debit card. You don’t get a switch card, credit card, overdraft or anything else that can get you into debt.
Pretty much anyone can get one, even if you have bad credit!
Just go to your local branch, take id such as passport and driving licence, and a couple of utility bills for proof of address (gas, electric, water etc).
You shouldn’t have any problems.
